This year round 20 x 16 foot prospector's tent is on the south side of our woodlot. We provide a comfortable place for two people to sleep in the Canvas Cabin, including linens, pillows, drinking and cooking water, firewood, fire pit, BBQ utensils, dishes, and a compostable outdoor toilet. The cabin has a wood burning stove to keep you warm. There is no electricity at the site. We provide lanterns and flashlights. Enjoy the well marked trails through the woodlot and beside Carrick Creek.

The space
The wood stove in the cabin is easy to use and we provide dry wood and kindling to keep you cozy. You'll find a charcoal BBQ on the cabin's deck plus a large open fire pit and utensils for cooking. There's also pots, pans, plates, cutlery, salt, and pepper inside the cabin. Please bring coolers with ice for food and beverages. We will provide drinking and cooking water.
