Located on a quiet friendly street, minutes from a great convenience store that does deliveries. You will have your own entrance at the front of the house. Please wear a mask as you enter the shared laundry room. Your apartment is at the top of the steps. You will climb 13 steps to find your private space. It is bright, lovely, warm, relaxing, and peaceful. You will love how your feel.

There is a great backyard for leisure strolling and beautiful well-kept landscapeing. The windows you see out will allow for great views of the land. Downtown Amherst is a 15-minute walk and to the malls and liquor store a 20-minute walk. Taxi cabs are easy to reach and use if needed. Its located in a great area with quiet friendly people. Pets are welcome.

This is a great neighborhood. I had once lived in this home for 24 years I can vouch for the area. The neighbors are protective of each other. It is a quiet street and the house is lit up very well.

During your stay

I always give out 3 phone numbers where I or my husband can be reached in case we are needed. We live very handily if there is a problem with something. We do snow removal ourselves. There is a bucket of salt outside the door if you find you need it. I can provide a phone number to a store that does deliveries.
