Looking for a monthly renter In June or August; 24 hr gate guards, prvt beach parking & access to popular beach. 1 min walk to commun pool, jacuzzi, saunas, tennis & pickle ball crts, tot-lot & park with bbq's. 1 min drive (10 min walk) to ocean bluff top & to beach. Next door to The Ritz and new Waldorf Astoria that have spa facilities & restaurants.

The space
Two story home. Bedrooms, kitchen, family room and office are on first floor. Second floor is a 800 sq. ft. bonus room with a bar, foosball table, large sofa and flat screen tv; perfect for entertaining. Our gourmet kitchen is newly renovated with new appliances & two dishwashers. The large backyard has a fire pit, a BBQ, and a ping pong table.
