This beach cottage just steps from beautiful Onset Beach was restored in 2021. It boasts a brand new bathroom and kitchen, new flooring throughout and is tastefully decorated in coastal blue hues with a touch of shabby chic.

Walk to the beach without having to pay or battle parking. You are also a 3-5 minute walk to restaurants, the grocery store, an ice cream parlor and more. Hot/cold outside shower. Window AC units in bedrooms & living space.

There is a small courtyard garden area just off the kitchen with a picnic table, bbq and fire pit plus a small covered porch.

The cottage is yours to enjoy. Laundry facilities are shared with guests from one other cottage.

Other things to note
This property has two units on the lot. However the only shared area is the laundry room. Each unit has dedicated parking and separate outdoor entertainment space. We ask guests in front unit to be respectful of your area when accessing laundry room.

Air-conditioning is comprised of window units in both bedrooms and one in the common area.

Cottage is not insulated. There is floorboard heating on the downstairs level. We also provide electric blankets and a space heater. Additionally you have the option to cancel up to 5 days before the time for a refund if the temperatures are unseasonably low.
