Beautiful and walkable

Step into our beloved family flat, where twenty-five years of cherished memories have woven themselves into the very fabric of this special place. Across three generations, this haven has witnessed the laughter of youth and the wisdom of age, standing as a steadfast beacon of comfort and joy for all who have passed through its doors.

The space
The living room has a comfy four seater sofa and an arm chair. There is also a dining table with four chairs. There is a television loaded with Netflix, a DAB radio and Wifi throughout the flat. For those who prefer to go old school, there is a bookcase full of reading matter and DVD's and of course the obligatory deck of cards! You can just about see the sea from the bay window.

The kitchen has a fridge and freezer, microwave, kettle and toaster, oven and gas hob. There is a dishwasher and airer, with an iron and ironing board. There is a communal washing line at the rear of the building.

The main bedroom is airy and light and has a clothes rack and chest of drawers. There is a digital DAB radio with alarm clock (just in case!)

The second bedroom has two single beds, bedside tables and a clothes rack with hangers

The bathroom is a decent size with a bath and shower.

In the cupboard, you will find buckets, spades, kites, boogie boards, crabbing buckets, windbreaks and a portable BBQ. Please feel free to make use of all of these.

Guest access
You will have one dedicated parking spot at the rear of the building. Please ensure that you do use parking space number 5 only.

To access the beach, please take the path the the left of the Grand Hotel.

Other things to note
Towels, bed linen and kitchen linen will all be provided.
