Comfortably sleeping 4 people with two bathrooms it has a eclectic mix of industrial and modern charm with exposed brick and a sweeping glass staircase. The space
This large one-bedroom duplex apartment boasts style and modern luxury. Spread over two floors, this 76 m² (818 sq. feet) Air conditioned apartment with private entrance has plenty of natural light in the living area & is full of character.

Well-maintained and decorated to a high standard with quality furniture and appliances. High-speed fibre optic Wifi, a large SMART TV, and a dedicated office area with desk & chair to ensure that working from home is comfortable.

The ground floor is home to the kitchen, dining, lounge area & second full bathroom - Ideal if 4 people are sharing.

The modern kitchen is fully equipped for those who enjoy cooking and preparing food at home. With high-end appliances, you’ll have a full oven, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine, milk frother, dishwasher, Toaster, drip coffee, and stylish dining, glass & kitchenware. A washer / Dryer is also there for your full convenience.

After spending the day exploring the city, you'll enjoy relaxing in the lounge area with a movie or enjoying a nightcap around the mahogany table with friends.

The sofa easily converts into a double sofa bed (140cm ×190cm) for extra sleeping space, with the same quality linens provided.

There is also a convenient downstairs full bathroom, shower, WC, vanity sink unit, and large mirror.

Climb the sweeping glass staircase to the mezzanine level, where you'll find the spacious master bedroom with a large en-suite bathroom.

The quiet master bedroom with exposed brick & Mediterranean artworks has blackout for a restful nights sleep and you'll enjoy the sumptuous memory foam bed (150cm×190cm)and white cotton bedding. Plenty of storage & hanging space to keep the space stylish & clutter free. There is also a safety deposit box for your use.

The En suite, complete with bath, shower, WC, bidet, large vanity sink, hairdryer, and mirror, is fully tiled and has a spa-like feel. We provide all our guests with fresh, fluffy white towels, shower gel, and bathroom .

Barcelona has a plethora of cool neighbourhoods, but in recent years, there’s one barrio that just hasn’t stopped changing and growing. Poblenou lies at the centre of the Barcelona design movement, and attracts everyone from hipsters to start-ups with its trendy markets, concept stores and innovative festivals.

Poblenou is located to the east of the city centre, between the area of Glories and the stunning beach. It used to be a very traditional Catalan neighbourhood, and the central and lower parts of the barrio still are. This area is dotted with colourful Modernista architecture, and even has its own ‘rambla’ (esplanade). The north and surrounding areas, however, are very different, filled with big old warehouses and modern tech hubs. It’s here where hipsters, designers and start-ups have moved in. This area has become known as @22, a place now occupied by design schools, galleries, craft beer breweries, and new-age digital companies looking to take over the world.

We are Andrea and Chris, we met in the beautiful city of Brisbane in Australia, and our home countries are Colombia and Germany. We lived in Brisbane until moving to the multicultural Grand Duchy of Luxembourg, where we spent many beautiful years. Recently we've relocated to Munich, close to the Alps and home of some of the worlds' best beers! As you may guess, we love travelling, discovering new cultures, and getting in touch with the locals. We have fallen in love with Barcelona its lifestyle, people and of course the sunny weather! Luckily, we discovered this modern loft in Poblenou, which is near the beach, a short walk to small shops, a local market hall, and many boutique cafes. Every now and then, we spend some time here. When we aren't in Barcelona, we would be pleased to share our beautiful place with you. We have prepared and taken care of every detail for the most memorable getaway experience. Our co-hosts in Barcelona, Juan Carlos & Nina, will ensure you are well taken care of during your stay, as they do for us, from book-in to check-out.
