Large private setting on the Menominee River with miles of navigable water. Set on 80 acres with a trail system through woods and meadows, park like waterfront with dock and small boats available- or bring your own boat with an on site boat launch.
A great spot for fishing, swimming with nearby sand bar, kayaking, or pontoons.
Former Franciscan retreat, newly renovated with no other houses in site. A perfect escape.
The area has much to offer with waterfalls, state and county parks nearby.

Water:
The property uses well water with a salt-based softener. Occasionally, you may notice a slight iron smell—letting the water run for a short time usually helps reduce this.

Watercraft Access:
Kayaks and pedal-powered rowboats are available for guest use—please note there are no motorized boats. Use is at your own risk, and the river current can be strong at times, so strong swimming skills are recommended.

For your safety, floatation devices are required and can be found on the front porch of the main house. You're also welcome to bring your own.
