Adorable, cozy single room and bathroom in the heart of downtown Mesa! This space has what you need if you’re looking for a place to crash...queen size/ thick memory foam mattress, cozy sitting nook and a bathroom (with great water pressure!). Right next to the Mesa LDS Temple, hikes, golf, Spring Training (A's, Cubs, Angels, etc.), and delicious restaurants in downtown Mesa (If you’re a foody, you’ve come to the right place!). SEPARATE ENTRANCE to your room for your privacy and convenience.

The space
This is a pet free and smoke free home. We do have a toddler, so you may hear faint noises from time to time. There is a one room basement attached to the room you will stay in; Do not be alarmed...it is not a scary dungeon! The door is shut and you won’t have any need to go in there as it is being used as a storage unit. There is a separate entrance to your room for your privacy and convenience. Note: Absolutely NO smoking!! If there is obvious weed/cigarette smoke left in the room, I will be fining $50!

Down the street from the A’s Stadium and a short drive from the Cubs, Angels, and Giants stadiums. Close to ASU, the gorgeous LDS temple, golfing, and many other sporting events. Not far from many places to hike/walk like Pioneer Park, Tempe Town lake, Salt River, Papago Park, Gilbert Riparian Preserve, Camelback Mountain, Piestwa Peak, and Lost Dutchman State Park. If you’d like to go to downtown Phoenix, the light rail is only walking distance down the street.

We are a family of three. We love to get out in nature, hike, play pickleball, soak up the sun and pursue random side hustles. For the time we’ve been here, Arizona has accommodated our lifestyle perfectly. We’ve lived in AZ for over a year now and recently moved to Mesa because we were starry-eyed about this area. The separate entry makes it a perfect spot for guests to have a private and relaxing experience. We have carefully locked all other doors to block traffic and installed a code lock outside for your privacy and convenience. We are always available and happy to help with food recommendations, things to do, or if there is anything you need. We are excited when guests come and want you to feel right at home! :)
