The space
We welcome you, your family and friends to enjoy our RECENTLY UPDATED AND REMODELED family friendly coast home with 6 bedrooms, 3 baths and an open living/dining area along with a fully equipped kitchen with stunning waterfront views and free Wifi, and arcade/foosball table downstairs. Double laundry room and supplies for your use.

The homes open floor plan includes four spacious bedrooms upstairs and a private entranced 5th bedroom/bunkroom and gameroom downstairs which makes it quite comfortable for three families with kids, 5 couples or just a group of friends that want a relaxing vacation.

The house can comfortably sleep 12 and our large inside dining table has plenty of room for everyone to enjoy those fresh, daily caught fish meals.

You are welcome to bring along your family’s well behaved dogs for a $250 pet fee (2 dogs max). Fenced back yard, and pet dog waste station in backyard. Cats are NOT allowed, NO exceptions. Owner and child are highly allergic. (No other pets without prior approval)

Enjoy the beautiful canal waterfront views while relaxing on over 400 sq. feet of COVERED DECKS. Rent our kayak and stand up paddle boards for an additional $150.

Our home has new large screen Roku smart HDTV's throughout, Wi-Fi, large inside dining area with stunning views, 2 comfortable outdoor dining & seating areas and FISHING/BOAT access just steps from the private fenced back yard.

Park your boat on the private boat dock or take it out to Aransas Bay and the Gulf of Mexico for a day of fishing. We are walking distance to Key Allegro Community Pool.

This property is offered directly by its owner's and our family loves to use our home every chance we can get away!
