Located in the heart of New Orleans one block off historic Esplanade Avenue. This spacious studio is the perfect spot if you’re coming to town for Mardi Gras, French Quarter Fest or Jazz Fest. We are located within walking distance of the Fairgrounds or a 5 minute Uber ride to the French Quarter. Come experience all that New Orleans has to offer!!!

The space
This studio has its own entrance with keypad entry. It is a one bed, one bath studio equipped with a small kitchenette and small refrigerator.

Other things to note
This space is directly adjacent to our living room and we have done our best to sound proof this space as much as possible. Even with our best efforts, you may still be able to hear our dogs walking around or the TV in our living room. We will do our best to be as quiet as possible but we can not guarantee that you won’t hear the occasional footstep on the stairs. We are available 24/7 via call or text. If at any moment there is an issue with noise, do not hesitate to reach out.

This area of town is AMAZING. We are within walking distance of 2 coffee shops. Minutes away from the French Quarter or Bayou St. John. Walk, bike or Uber... We are within minutes of some of New Orleans best restaurants. Our personal favorite is Cafe Degas or Lola’s which is a 5 minute Uber ride away. Esplanade runs from City Park, all the way to the French Quarter. Finding a cocktail or something to eat will be the least of your worries.
