This opens onto a private patio with BBQ and 50ft west-facing garden. The basement comprises laundry room, playroom (filled with toys!) with futon and TV and DVD player and a separate WC/cloakroom.
Bedrooms & Bathrooms
There are 4 bedrooms, and the home sleeps 8. Master bedroom with king-size (5ft wide) bed, dressing table and large bay windows. Large en-suite bathroom to master bedroom with bath, separate shower stall, toilet and basin. Second bedroom with double (4.5 ft wide) bed and view over garden at rear of the house. Two more single bedrooms at the top of the house (one with single bed, the other with deluxe inflatable bed). A playroom in the basement with double futon can sleep an additional two if required. En-suite bathroom to master bedroom (as above). Two more bathrooms with toilets, basins and baths (each with shower hose). Additional cloakroom/toilet off utility room in basement.
