The Guesthouse is a quiet waterfront studio apartment with stunning views.
It is located in the downstairs area of our house, with private access and no shared facilities. The undercover deck and garden area are all yours!

Breakfast provisions are provided for the first morning.

Free use of kayaks.

Our priority is ‘safety first’, for both you and our family.
If either you or ourselves are deemed to be in a Covid hotspot area, will gladly give you a full refund.

The space
The studio comprises of a main room... king size bed, 2 seater lounge, reading chair, dining area.

The kitchenette includes cutlery, crockery, glassware, coffee machine (pods provided), kettle, toaster, microwave, sandwich press, various utensils etc. And basic cooking essentials such as, spray oil, salt and pepper.
There is no stove or oven, and cooking is not permitted in the Guesthouse. However, here is a bbq outside and a lovely covered veranda with table and chairs.

We also provide breakfast provisions for your first morning, including bread, butter, jams, milk and various snacks.

There is a full size bathroom with shower, toilet and hand basin.

As well as an outdoor area with bbq, dining table, hammock, sun terrace and fire pit.

And of course free use of the kayaks.

The Guesthouse is in the downstairs section of our house, with private parking and private access.
Our access is from the front of the house, street level. Your access is at the back of the house, waterfront (via a private access road).
Please note there are 12 garden stairs to get to the Guesthouse level, unfortunately is not suitable for anyone with mobility issues.
