Rincón Turquesa is a comfortable and cozy place. We have everything you need so that you can prepare your food, rest or do home office. Our loft is located in downtown and only 10 minutes to the public beaches and surrounded by supermarkets, hospitals and restaurants. Our neighborhood is safe and plenty of polite people. The space
Rincon Turquesa is a small but practical and comfortable place. It isn't luxury. The decoration is very simple but cozy and it has everything you need for making a good breakfast or dinner. You can also take a hot water shower, watch Netflix or just rest or read with the air conditioner on. And the best part is that we are very close to the beach, the local market, hospitals, supermarkets and good restaurants with the cheapest prices.

Guest access
Our guests can enjoy our backyard and the garden. They can be outside of the loft and take fresh air at any time of the day. The garden is shared with other guests but everyone can feel free to do any activity like smoking, drink a beverage, reading, exercise or just sitting.
If you rent a scooter or a bike then you can park them in the special area we have for that. And if you rent a car, then you can leave it on the street next to the loft. The island is very safe.

It is very important for us to emphasize that our apartment is NOT a luxurious place but it is comfortable and very clean with a very affordable price. Our essential characteristic is the warmth in our service.
We are in downtown so occasional noise is unavoidable even though it is a very quiet neighborhood. People respect night timetables but during the day there is movement.
Cozumel is an island, surrounded by incredible nature. For this reason the presence of certain animals is common and part of the environment. On our property you will meet kittens, puppies, rabbits and lizards. All very friendly. We ask that you respect them.
We also try to take care of electricity and water, since it is very expensive on the island. Using what is necessary is a way to help us care for the environment and natural resources.
