Great, secure and quiet location. My space is unique because of the location, being that from here you can get into Manhattan in 20 minutes. Stay here and enjoy your vacation
We had a great time at Ed`s place. I can really recommend it.
Great experience. I would recommend it.
Fantastic space. Responsive host.
Great host, even tho a mistery host! We never got to see him but he was very responsive and all our needs were satisfied! Would def stay at Ed's anytime again!
The apartment was just right for us. Clean, warm and spacious. A good location too - just a few mins walk to Franklin Ave subway so easy to get to Manhattan. Even though we spent most of our time uptown the local eateries & bars looked good. Although we didn't meet Ed he was responsive to our queries via AirB&B messaging. Would definitely stay there again.
Ed was a great host, and he was very responsive when we had questions during our stay. He communicated with us on the days leading up to our arrival to make sure we would be able to get into the apartment exactly when we arrived. Wonderful location near several train lines. Thanks, Ed!
Unfortunately our stay did not start out too well. On arrival to the apartment no one was available to meet us. We found it difficult to get in touch with Ed, and had to go to a nearby café to wait for someone to answer our calls to let us in.
Eventually a friend of Ed's turned up to give us the keys.
The apartment was basic but adequate for sleeping purposes. The location was good, and handy for the subway into Manhattan.
Great place, clean, quiet area, close to subway, Ed/James were very helpful and friendly. I'll book here again next time I go to NY!
Ed's apt was great with lots of space and privacy, the location was very convenient and the neighborhood was definitely a plus. We never got to see Ed when we were there, but he was always ready to help via phone. We'd love to stay there again in our next NYC visit. Thanks!
There were four of us arriving at very erratic times and leaving at strange times as well. Ed was very accommodating and communication was a breeze. It was a lovely place and a fantastic price. I would definitely recommend his place to any one. Cheers.
