Amazing view of the mountain and sea
It is built in the most traditional village on the island of Thasos.
Two floors house with wooden floors, fully equipped kitchen.
Three bedrooms, it accommodates six persons, plus two on a sofa bed.
It is located in the center of the village "Kallirachi" at the feet of the mountain Ypsarion.
The access to the village is very easy. From the ring road of the island arriving to Skala Kallirachi, the distance is 2.5 km from the house. Accessible by car.
Interaction with guests
All our guests are pleased from the traditional atmosphere of the village and the house. And all of them wish to come again.
The village is made of stone and the house is located in the center of it. Restaurants and shops are a few steps away from the house.
Every day there are buses from the village to all over the island and there all also taxis.
The house got it's own parking.
The nearest airport "Megas Alexandros" is in Chrisoupoli-Kavala.Visitors have to go to the port of Keramoti (15 Km) and then by ferry to Limenas -Thasos (5 miles) and finally 24 km to the village of Kallirachi.
Other things to note
There are many archeological places at the island. Museums and Ancient theater festival in August.
1. Smoking is allowed in the living room area only. Not in bedrooms
2. People other than those in the Guest party set forth above may stay overnight in the property. Any other person in the property is the sole responsibility of the Guest.
3. The property is privately owned, the owners are not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occurs while on the premises or its facilities. The Homeowners are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to use the premise.

6. Pets are NOT allowed. OR PETS are permitted only with prior approval and the Pet Addendum must be completed.
7. Parking: Parking is limited to 1 vehicle(s) on the yard. Vehicles are to be parked in suggested parking areas only. Parking on the road is permitted. Τhere is potential for two or three more parking places in the yard, before twenty July and after thirty of August.
8. Housekeeping: There is no daily housekeeping service. While linens and bath towels are included in the unit, daily maid service is not included in the rental (email hidden) service available for additional fees. We suggest you bring beach towels. We do not permit towels or linens to be taken from the unit.
9. Water and Septic: The drainage system is very effective; however, it will clog up if improper material is flushed. DO NOT FLUSH toilet paper. No feminine products should be flushed at anytime. If it is found that feminine products have been flushed and clog the drainage system, you could be charged damages of up to 150 euro. (deposit fee)
10. Do not leave open the top lids (doors) of kitchen cupboards when the roof lights are on. There is a risk damage of polyester caps burning, due roof lights temperature.
12. Electricity please do your best to conserve Water/ Power by tuning off when not in the room and home and limit shower/laundry usage to only what’s necessary and purchase your own Laundry detergent at any nearby store.
13. Do not leave rubbish and food in the rooms: throw rubbish away and
leave food in the kitchen using the cupboards and the refrigerator
Do not keep dirty dishes and glasses in your room. Clean up dishes, glasses, pots and kitchen after using. Keep the bathrooms clean and in order after using
