The space
My apartment is a total of 90 sqm. Of course you can also use my large, airy living room (with green balcony) and the kitchen-living room. Bathroom and guest toilet (both right by your room) will be shared.
The whole is located on the 3rd floor. There is no elevator, but you can do the few stairs!

Guest access
If you need to wash something: No problem, you are welcome to use my washing machine and dryer (in the laundry room in the basement). If you have a bike with you, you can park it under cover in the lockable courtyard.

During your stay
I am usually on site, but if I am not present, you can reach me on my mobile phone, by email or via the AirBnB message function.
It is best to discuss your arrival and departure time in advance - I am flexible. If I can't meet you in person, I have several solutions up my sleeve for you to get the key.

My guest room is centrally located and super connected in the southern suburb, directly on the beautiful Karl-Liebknecht-Straße near Südplatz. This means: cafes, restaurants, bars and shopping are right outside the door.
If you are used to sleeping with the window open, you should know that you will hear the people in the bars and also the tram.
By the way, the forest and water are within walking distance - in case you want to jog in the countryside.
In general, Leipzig is easy to explore on foot and by bike.
