With four bedrooms, everyone can sleep comfortably. The house sits on an oversized lot with a private pool (not heated) and spa for those days when you feel like just kicking back and enjoying the endless Arizona sunshine.

The space
This house underwent a full remodel to bring you the best vacation experience possible!

You will have a fully stocked kitchen and bar area with everything you need for your meals. Brand new 65inch 4K tv with all the streaming services; Disney+, Hulu, Netflix, and HBO.

Your house boasts an open layout with a large kitchen and adjoining entertainment center. Enjoy a drink and a game of pool in the separate game room, that leads outside to a private pool and grill.

Patio is set up with plenty of grill space and outdoor seating. Eat and soak up the sun next to the private pool. Best of all, this house is minutes from Old Town, Scottsdale, so you'll never run out of things to do.

***From June to September, the AC unit will be locked to be set at maximum temperature to be 72 degrees to avoid freezing the AC unit.

***This is a strict No Smoking No Party home***
- Smoking Inside the house will result $350 penalty from security deposit and immediate cancelation with no refund.
-Confetti are not permitted in the pool and lawn areas, or inside the house
- Unauthorized gathering will result immediate cancelation with no refund.
- Please inform the host if there will be more guests than stated in the booking staying OR visiting because there is an extra guest charge of $25/guest/night after 4 guests staying or visiting. Any unauthorized guests will be subject to a fine. Failure to disclose this information will result a penalty of $50 per extra guest per night.
- There is a $120 Pet Fee per stay if you bring Pet(s), including service animal. Any unauthorized pet(s) will be subject to a fine.

***Fire pit is not operational from May to October due to hot weather.
***The guest may need to refill propane for grill but will be reimbursed upon receipt.
