The space
Our fully air conditioned, cozy and compact studio apartment has all the modern amenities required on holiday or for longer stays. A Murphy bed folds away to provide you with space during the day, whilst the day bed provides sleeping for another person; both provided with clean bedding. Please note the single bed in the sleeping arrangements is the day bed, which serves as a couch as well. The condo is situated on the ground floor for easy access!

The kitchen and breakfast bar have everything you need to cook at home, if you feel like a night in or want to rustle up some breakfast. Appliances include fridge freezer, stove and microwave whilst the cupboards are stocked with pots and pans plus all your typical utensils.

Basic cable and WiFi are provided for those lazy mornings before you hit the pool, beach or bar. Communal laundry room is also available on the ground floor.

You will also find ample unassigned parking on site with additional free parking at the, close by, North Padre Sea Wall.

Please note that HOA rules mean that we cannot allow pets to stay at the property. Service dogs are allowed to stay providing you provide us with the paperwork ahead of your stay.

This condo offers the perfect location for all! Located on North Padre Island you are walking distance from the beach and bars, like the Boathouse Bar and Grill. The island offers a safe environment with many activities and sights; like horse back riding on the beach, mini golf, Bob Hall Pier and multiple surf shops! The condo is also located right next to a beach access road for those wanting to tailgate on the beach for the day.

The island offers multiple choices for bars, restaurants and coffee shops. Details on some of our favorites will be provided in a welcome binder in the condo.
