Our apartment is a delight in one of the best and centric areas of Quito, we have decorated it with lots of love and every detail has been carefully chosen to achieve a cozy feel in our home.
** We are very conscious with the sanitary emergency situation due to COVID-19, we take it very seriously and be sure you will receive a fully disinfected apartment for your stay. Also we are open to help as much as we can**

The space
The apartment is on the 13th floor, with incredible views of the city from all spaces. It is ideal, spacious and cozy for 2 people, however you can accommodate 2 extra guests in a sofa bed that we have in place. It is decorated with a Industrial-modern style that we are sure you will enjoy. The apartment has one full bathroom and one half bathroom, small terrace, large equipped kitchen, dining table and comfy living room, for washer and dryer you can have two options, the first one is paying an extra fee for the laundry use inside of the apartment ($3 per night in your reservation) or the second one would be using the coin operated laundry area located in the mezzanine of the building.
Atelier Building is a luxury, you will have access to the pool, jacuzzi, sauna and steam room every day to relax after your day. In the same way, you will have access to a 24h gym, a rooftop garden.
Quito is a wonderful city, and I assure you that staying in our home will be perfect for you, it is a central located and safe place where you can reach all touristic sites easily and quickly. Also, you will reach the airport in about 35 - 40 minutes by car.
** PANDEMIC STATUS FOR COMUNAL AREAS** Pool, gym, sauna and jacuzzi are only available for guests that have long term stays (20 days and up) The use of areas are prior reservation and have a limited capacity. This is a new regulation from the building's administration and it will be valid until sanitary regulations in Quito change.

It is decorated with a modern industrial style that we are sure you will enjoy. They will have two bathrooms at their disposal, terrace, spacious equipped kitchen, dining table and living room, for the use of washer and dryer, you can have two options, the first is to pay an additional fee for the use of laundry inside the apartment ($3 per extra night in your reservation) or the second would be to use the laundry area that works with coins located in the Mezanine of the building.
The Atelier Building is a luxury, you will have access to the pool, jacuzzi, sauna and Turkish every day to be able to relax. They will also have access to a 24-hour gym, a garden on the top floor of the building.
Quito is a wonderful city, and I assure you that staying in our house will please you, it is a central and safe place where you can reach all tourist places easily and quickly. You can also reach the airport in about 35 - 40 minutes by car.

This is a new building management regulation and will be valid until the Quito sanitary regulation changes.
Other things to note
We don't accept any guests. Only the people in the reservation will have access to the apartment and common areas. In this case you can modify your reservation if it's going to be a recurring guest
We would love to pick up/drop off from the airport and greet you (extra fee)
Ask about our early check-in & late check-out fee :)
Lost or damaged keys $30 fee
Parking area can be provided for an extra fee of $3 per day.
We can take care of your bags if needed before check-in time or after check-out ($5 fee and maximum 6 hours)
Snack bar/souvenir selection would be provided in the place, if you like something check the prices and you can either pay with cash or through Airbnb app.
