Welcome to our beautiful property nestled in the Utuado Mountains overlooking Lake Dos Bocas & 1,000 mountain tops. If you like the tranquility & beauty of nature, you will love our lush landscape & cool nights. We also offer plenty of Adventure, Culture + minutes from rivers, caves, history, coffee plantations & under an hour from the beach.
We welcome you to enjoy hiking trails, waterfalls, an amazing stream campfire area & even meals available during your stay!

***The pool we mention is NOT a regular man made pool.  We are promoting the large swimming area on the farm behind us, a few amazing waterfalls and our adventurous jungle hiking trails.***

Our property is the last property and farm on my road.  It's super private and thank goodness until always it's been super safe. 

Remember, you are offered bedding, pillows, sheets, all utensils and pots to cook for yourself (no spices) but our staff is also available to cook you authentic Puerto Rican meals upon request.  

We have amazing jungle trails on the property.  They are beautiful and lush but they are NOT SUPER EASY trails. The 2 jungle trails on our land take you to a beautiful stream, three amazing waterfalls and nice little pools of water. The easiest way to arrive to the larger swimming hole and 2 more waterfalls is by driving several minutes to the farm behind ours and walk 10 minutes down to the large swimming area and walk upriver for the waterfalls.

We will send you lots of information about how to enjoy our AMAZING AREA and a very detailed map of our trails and the property layout before your arrival. 

The Laundry area is ONLY available to guests staying 5 plus days and with coordination with our staff.

There is also a 24 hour laundry facility in town 15 minutes away if needed.

***To maintain and conserve the peace and tranquility that our registered guests pay for We Allow Absolutely NO VISITORS to our place for any reason. Only registered & paid guests are allowed at out property.***

Other things to note
*Our POOL is NOT a man made pool. It is the Stream and Waterfalls on our land and a larger Swimming area at the farm behind ours. We DO NOT have a regular pool. We do have some really fun jungle hikes on the property that arrive at a stream and 3 waterfalls. Please ask us any question you'd like before you book.

The trails on the property are beautiful and lush but they are NOT SUPER EASY trails. These jungle trails arrive at a nice stream with a few small pools and 3 waterfalls. The closest way to arrive at the larger swimming area and two more waterfalls behind our property is by driving several minutes to the farm behind ours and walk 10 minutes down to the large swimming area.

Some say that you should have a long sleeve shirt and pants for the hike.

Most people keep to themselves unless you engage with them and everyone I know is very giving, loving, genuine and humble, which is one of the many things that makes you fall in love with our beautiful island. I grew up visiting these lovely mountains with these amazing people, and It’s an honor and a privilege for us to share this part of the Island with you.

From a young age my mom brought my brothers and I to this beautiful island called Puerto Rico.  I remember spending time with crazy cousins at the rivers, adventures in the lush mountain surroundings with my older brother and going fishing at the beach with our vociferous uncles. My fondest memories were sitting at the dinner table with our grandparents to hear delightful stories about how life used to be. In 2012 I was presented with the concept of using my logistics & real estate background hand in hand by owning and/or marketing amazing homes in Puerto Rico using Airbnb. Since then my team has grown to include my brother John and beautiful niece Katryel who both share my love and passion for the island and its delightful culture.  At most of our properties you can order delicious authentic Puerto Rican meals cooked and delivered right to your home by our family & friends. We offer several eco-friendly adventure tours (fulfilled by local companies), or you can just relax and immerse yourself in the local culture while creating wonderful memories.  We offer the ability to travel and explore the whole island using one of these homes as a base or several during your stay. Doing this will help you better experience our culture, and the islands’ delightful people. Our hope is that you fall in love with this enchanted island as much as we have.  Once you complete your reservation, Katryel will send a bunch of information to your inbox that you will need for arrival and check-in. This information includes detailed directions with GPS coordinates, more information about your stay and what we call our Activity Link with lots of extras. The Activity Link will help you plan out several days in our area with local spots to enjoy! Upon arrival to Paradise, my brother John and I take over (mostly through text if you need anything).  We, like many of you, love to travel, the outdoors, and love to learn about where people are from, their likes & dislikes, but mostly what made you choose Puerto Rico. Some of these properties are ours and several are owned by individuals (many elderly) that have trusted us to share their homes with the world using our management and marketing systems. We only work with people who also want you to explore and experience some of our rich and diverse culture. Since many of these owners are elderly and all the homes are in residential areas, I encourage you not to book with us if you are not lovely, clean, honest and respectable.
