Gorgeous 3 bedroom with 1.5 bathroom. Newly remodeled. Close to Amazon Studios & Sony pictures, Culver City downtown, Palms area, Venice Blvd Board work, Santa Monica. Many local restaurant & places to go to close to freeway 10 & 405. Accessible to metro train/metro buses. Huge living area with spacious room, tandem parking, gated property. Full kitchen with all the essentials, high speed wifi, has a working place for those, working or studying from home. Outdoor patio. Budget friendly.

The space
Beautifully staged and close major tourist destination. Venice, Santa Monica and Malibu Beach. Minutes to Beverly Hills Rodeo Drive and 3rd Street Promenade, also to famous Farmers Market and the Grove at 3rd and Fairfax. Downtown Culver City has a lot of local restaurants and Kirk Douglas Theater to name a few landmark. Very accessible to 10 and 405 freeway. Theres also a long jogging path in the area for outdoor activities

Other things to note
All appliances must be off when leaving for a long period of time, long weekends get away. Any excessive usage of electric will be charge to the guests, anything over $ 100 per month will be considered excessive. If guest got locked out during, weekends or after the 2:20 on weekdays, the guest must inform the host right away and get an approval to call the 24 hour locksmith to let the guest in. All expenses will be paid by the guests. So please make sure you leave one keys inside the lock box to avoid being locked out.
