Beautiful newly renovated beach house with new pool new outdoor kitchen area new air conditioning in all bedrooms. property is located across the street from the Playa Costa Del Sol Beach. Mature landscape with lots of coconut trees and other fruit bearing trees depending on season. Outdoor kitchen is equipped with gas and charcoal grills for outdoor entertainment. Lounge chairs to sit back and relax under the sun. Main house has full kitchen with large refrigerator and separate freezer.
