Nestled in the canyon, but only 5 min from Topanga town with its shops and restaurants and 10 min from the beach.
You can now enjoy our new cedar wooden hot tub after a relaxing yoga session in the studio.

The space
The property has 3 separate levels: 1st one is the living space, 2nd second floor has the 3 bedrooms and the bathrooms and a separate level is dedicated to the yoga studio.

Other things to note
We are very lucky that the Palisades fire did not affect Topanga Canyon. The house and its surroundings are exactly like in the photos. The PCHand Malibu are fully open now.
