A stunning detached barn conversion, near the shore, in the heart of the picturesque village of Silverdale.
The barn has a gated secluded garden with patios, BBQ & private parking for up to 3 cars, located off a private road down a narrow driveway.
Set on 3 floors and comprising 3 double bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, dining/kitchen, living room & utility room, it enjoys hyper-fast broadband & TV with Netflix, Prime & Disney+.

The space
A family and dog friendly (able to accommodate up to 2 well-behaved dogs) home-away-from-home, ideally suited to family holidays

The front door opens into a tiled, spacious ground floor hall area off which are a large double bedroom (bedroom 3), modern bathroom, and boot room/utility room with washer, dryer, sink, tall fridge and a freezer. The large utility room is suitable for step free storage of bikes directly from the parking area.

On the first floor there is a large, airy & well equipped kitchen/dining room with a bright inner hall leading to a cosy yet spacious lounge.

The 2nd floor comprises the master bedroom & a child secure second bedroom which can be either a twin or a double & could accommodate a cot. Both bedrooms enjoy distant bay views across to Grange Over Sands. A further bathroom with bathtub is also found on this level.

The private driveway leads into a gated courtyard providing off road parking for up to 3 cars. Pathways lead to the front of the property where a secluded private garden with mature trees can be found. It enjoys a decked patio sitting area with lighting & a summerhouse providing the perfect place for entertainment and chilling with a glass of fizz.
There is an additional decked patio area to the side of the house providing a further space for outdoor dining.

The property is a 5 minute walk to lovely local pubs, shops & restaurants in the village of Silverdale. The shore and sands are just a gentle 10 minute stroll from the property,

The barn is located in the Silverdale & Arnside Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, and many fantastic walks can be found in the local area including:
- Leighton Moss RSPB
- Jenny Brown's Point
- Eaves Wood
- Arnside Knott
- Gaitbarrow National Nature Reserve
It also offers easy proximity to the Lake District. Lake Windermere is easily accessible, as are Kendal & Cartmel.
