Open-plan living with ample outdoor space is ideal for families or groups of friends.
A private 5m x 4m heated pool with a shallow dip pool attached and just 15 mins from Chania airport make for the perfect getaway. Air-con throughout and enough room for up to 8 guests, the beach is a just 5 mins walk down the hill.
The space
Car parking in lockable gated drive/garden.
Upstairs:
Family bathroom with double shower, basin, and toilet.
Bedroom 1 - Double bed, all bedding and linen, and plenty of storage with built-in wardrobes. Dressing table with drawers, chair, and mirror.
Bedroom 2 - Two single beds, can be configured as a large double, with all bedding and linen and plenty of storage with built-in wardrobes. Mirror and small vanity shelf with a chair.
6 guests = Two additional foldout single beds can be used in the bedrooms accommodating up to 6 guests in this way.
8 guests = If you are a close family, the sofa downstairs converts into a king-size bed, thus accommodating up to 8 guests. This is not recommended for 8 adults. It would be suitable for a family of up to 8.
Downstairs:
Open plan kitchen/diner and living room with built-in fridge freezer, cooker/hob, dining table, four chairs, two casual chairs, and a double settee that converts into a king-size bed.
50-inch wall-mounted TV connected to a streaming device.
Utility room with washing machine, WC and sink.
A welcome pack will be in the kitchen on arrival with fruit, bread, tea, coffee milk, beer and wine.
Meet and greet with local management group following morning of arrival.
Full wifi super-fast internet.
Basement:
Pool toys, inflatables, pump, ice boxes, and an ironing board and iron.
Two folding beach chairs and folding sunbeds with sun brolly for beach use. Cushions from outside are stored here too.
Outside:
Two covered balconies with furniture, a large patio area for outside dining, a sail gazebo for additional shade on the patio, a large 8-person hardwood dining table, 8 chairs and cushions.
Built-in charcoal BBQ - you will need to buy charcoal from the local shop.
5m x 4m private swimming pool with built-in children’s/dip pool 2m x 2.5m.

Guest access
Guests can access the entire property and pool area, except for the locked "Pool and Boiler Room" which is accessed at the back of the basement.
Our management team has the keys to this room as it contains the chemicals needed to keep the pool safe during your stay. They will maintain the property and pool during your stay.
