It has recently been refurbished to offer you a comfortable stay. It has a large and bright living room (25 mq) consisting of a dining area and relax area with sofa, flat screen TV, stereo, CD player, turntable and traditional roman songwriters’ LPs .
There are two large bedrooms: the first one has a king-size bed and a spacious closet; the second one has a queen-size bed, a wardrobe and it can be added another single bed.
Both rooms are equipped with air conditioning and heating.
The general equipment for guest consists of : fresh and clean sheets, blankets, towels set and bath products (shampoo, bubble bath and soap).
We have a kitchen fully equipped with fridge, freezer, oven, microwave, kettle and Nespresso coffee machine with capsules, as well as cookware, plates and accessories. You will taste the real Espresso and, why not, may try to cook some Italian spaghetti by your own ( I may teach you how to do them!).
The apartment has a large bathroom with a big bath.
I’ll be happy to give you the map of the city and guides at the arrival, for any advice or information (especially for food and restaurants ).
I have a library for you and I will be at your disposition to help you!

According to local laws, the apartment is for four people, including little babies and children, counted as adults.
Wi-fi is available and free.
Rooms are equipped with air conditioners (hot/cold) and centralised added heating in the cold months (november/april).
The bed linen is included, the change is available after 6 nights.
Cleanings are included at the arrival and at the end of the stay; for long stays up to 10 days there'll be a surcharge of 30 € for a professional cleaning.
Late check in after 21 in the evening : 20 euro extra.

City tax (3,50 each guest/each night) is not included for guests up to 10 years until the 10th day of stay, according to the Municipality of Rome laws.
On request we had a private pick up service with minivan from/to the airports.
As alternative for arrivals/departures from Fiumicino/ Ciampino and departures to Fiumicino you can use the Sit Bus Shuttle that stops in Via Crescenzio near the apartment (15 minutes by walk), or Terravision and other shuttle buses from airports to Termini Station.
A discounted private parking is available for guests' cars just at few steps from the apartment ( daily rate : 13 euro) .
Taxi cab station is 200 mts far from the apartment.
According to local laws and any extra guests are allowed, including babies and children.
Smoking is not allowed in the apartment.
I invite you to feel at your own home, taking care of the furniture and equipments.
Please be respectful of others residents of the building, avoiding parties and noises in the night.
