We call this the cougar room in honor of WSU. My husband Scott graduated from there in the 70's and it only seemed fitting to name a room after his alma mater. So you will see a quilt on the wall honoring the cougs and the colors of the wsu teams also.
We have a queen bed and a double bed in this room to make it available for families to all stay together.
We want to make it know that anyone that bring their dogs if you bring more than one you will be charged a fee for each.

The space
Our home is quiet, we have wildlife wandering around our yard, we have walking paths for people that want to get out and walk. We have Scottish highland cattle and longhorned cattle. There is turkeys that wander the town.
We have birdwatchers in the parks sitting watching the local birdlife.

Guest access
They are welcome to use our front porch, and gazebo. And case by case basics our laundry and kitchen.

During your stay
We love to visit with guests and hear about their lives and what they are doing on their trips.

Other things to note
They do need to know that right now we don’t have a restaurant open in town right now but there are ones available just 30 miles away.

My work: I worked at Washtucna school district as a cook for 17 years and retired in 2015. My husband Scott is semi-retired he drives truck part time and works for DOT in the winter months.

Hi, my husband Scott and I have lived here for 33 years and love our home. We love to entertain and sharing our home and it's rich history. We have 5 children all married and 9 grandkids. I love to quilt as you will see in my home, I love to bake and sharing them with others. Scott and I are very involved with our church, we love to sing and are lay speakers at church sometimes. My love of hosting comes from having been to other b&b's over the years and having such great experiences that I wanted to share it with others. I would say I have 2 motto " Be still and know that He is Lord" and " Love You More" my favorite aunt Tiny always said that ozone. Our home is a 2 story craftsman and we have 4 rooms available on the 2nd story so our guests will be going up one flight of stairs. We want people to be aware of this. Also we want our guests to be aware that they will be sharing a bathroom. With the other guests. Blessings Catherine
