Modern reformed apartment, located in front of Devesa Park in a very sunny building with elevator. It has a balcony with magnificent views of Girona. Located in a privileged and quieter area of the city, less than 10 minutes walking from the Barri Vell (old town) of Girona and the train and bus station. In front of the building there is a large municipal car park.
