Fantastic location inside Luxury REGAL PALMS RESORT; 4/Four Bedrooms - 3 Full Baths. FULL KITCHEN. Kids Water Toys included, baby floats for pool, baby eating chair, baby car seat, 230 Mbps High-Speed WiFi, cookware set. The space
The ground floor consists of a covered entrance porch, kitchen, dining table, family room with TV, patio sliding doors that open to a roofed porch, storeroom, hall bathroom, and a double bedroom with a walk-in closet, TV, and bathroom. The 2nd floor includes a master bedroom with a King bed, TV, safe, walk-in closet, bathroom, and balcony, two double bedrooms that contain twin beds and built-in wardrobes, family bathroom, and laundry area.

As one of the most attractive features of Regal Palms, the Club House has various amenities that make a great experience. The 1.5-acre pool complex contains a waterfall, lazy river, water slide, hot spa, two heated pools, and broad pool-side tanning decks. The Club House also offers a restaurant with a poolside porch and bar televising live events. The game room includes a variety of games for all ages and the resting area allows internet connection with desktop computers as well a connection for laptop computers. The Heath Center, feet from the pool, contains a gym, sauna, Jacuzzi, steam room. Cenote SpaCenter have been closed.

Guest access
Regal Palms is within walking distance from grocery stores, restaurants, and bars, among others. The Disney attractions such as Magic Kingdom, Animal Kingdom, Downtown Disney, and Blizzard Beach are only 15 minutes away.

A daily resort fee in the amount of $22per day plus tax applies to all reservations. The resort fee is paid locally at Regal Palms front desk check-in and not included in your reservation total. {Snowbird rate for rsvp 25days + between 11/1-3/31 is $13per day}

Regal Palms Parking Procedure

Each Home is assigned a total of two (2) parking spaces.
Parking on the street within the community is permitted provided that there is the ability to have other vehicles pass by easily as the streets are designed for two-way traffic.
Absolutely no parking on the grass as it damages utility and water lines.
Parking at the clubhouse is reserved for guests and owners to use the amenities.
There will be no overnight parking at the clubhouse. All vehicles left overnight will be subject to towing at the expense of the owner of the vehicle.
The Association is not responsible for any loss of valuables or damage to a vehicle.
