Right in the middle of Carnac beach, La Paludière will welcome you in a contemporary atmosphere combining modernity, comfort and authenticity.
Our atypical Carnacoise villa, dating from the 1920s and renovated in 2020, enjoys an ideal and sought-after location, close to beaches, shops, entertainment and all amenities.

The Accommodation:

On the ground floor:
• Individual entrance with separate toilet
• A through living room, dining-living room overlooking the south/southwest facing garden
• A semi-open kitchen on the dining room, fully furnished and equipped (fridge-freezer, induction stove, oven, microwave, kettle, dishwasher, range hood, Nespresso coffee machine) [capsules not included].
• A laundry area/back kitchen (washing machine, dryer, second fridge-freezer, ironing table, laundry rack).
• A secluded sleeping area consists of a bedroom with a beautiful wardrobe of1 double bed (140x190) and its private shower room and WC.

Upstairs:
• A small children's room, 2 bunk beds (90x190)
• A first bright master suite overlooking the garden, composed of 2 inseparable beds (2* 90x200), a large wardrobe, and with a bathroom with bathtub and private toilets.
• A second master suite on the half level, composed of 2 combined and separable beds (2* 90x200), a large wardrobe, and a bathroom with private bath and toilet.


Outside:
• An enclosed, clean, open garden [under development] surrounding
the house with garden furniture and barbecue
• A secure space (with some beach games, sunbeds)
to store bicycles or nautical equipment
