It is a lovely and stylish private bedroom with a shared bathroom (shared between 2 bedrooms). It’s located in the basement, bright and clean spaces. We put our hearts on those, we believe you’ll love it too.

Located in Erindale, a good, quiet & safe neighborhood with Asian supermarket, shopping mall, gym, pool, restaurants, Ontario service office for walk. Near UofT Miss and Square one.

- Have a restful sleep in a comfy Queen bed, with clean bed sheets, featuring high-quality stuffs.
- Also enjoy a comfy working space with a big desk and high speed internet that’s well suited for work activities or video calls.
- This room has a closet to keep your clothes tidy and has a relaxing chair for you to laying on to surf net or read books.
- Cook your meal in a fully equipped kitchen with fridge, electric cooker, toaster oven, microwave, and kettle. I have over 20 kinds of spices available and cooking appliances for you to use. Enjoy your meals in the lovely dining area.
- Free laundry to use with time frame
- Free parking on the small streets close by however we don’t take any responsibility. We have limited parking spots on the driveway with a small fee ($50/month). Contact me if you need it before sending out the booking.

- Please access to the downstairs unit by the RIGHT SIDE of the house. Passing by the garage you will see the wooden gate. Open the gate, you will see the white door entrance to your unit. You will receive a key code with detailed check in instructions through the app by noon on your arrival.
