Villa Agia was once a favourite country retreat for the family that own that private villa. Set in the beautiful Cretan coyntryside, in the village of Agia in Rethymno Crete, has a brand new outside area, and really comfort inside, sleeps up to 5 people. This house of 80 sqm was carefully restored and renovated in 2019, transforming it into a comfortable and welcoming fully furnished villa, maintaning the country style, with its own private pool!

The space
The accomodation is divided over two levels. On the upper floor are the main living area with an open fireplace, comfortable furniture and a fully equipped kitchen area with all the necessary appliances such as microwave, oven, cooker, dishwasher, washing machine, fridge, coffe maker, kettle, toaster etc. just next to the dining are. There is also direct access to a shaded furnished terrace with views to the countryside around, overlooking the pool and the garden area below! A stair leads you to the ground floor where the two bedrooms are ( a double bedroom and a twin bedroom, both air-conditioned) with a full bathroom with bathtub between them. From both bedrooms theres is direct access to the garden and pool area.

Exterior

Villa Agia enjoys a tranquil setting within the sunbathing terrace where there is a 28 sqm private swimming pool( 1.40-1.80 deep) with a pollside shower, sun loungers, an outdoor table and chairs, and parasols. There is also a shaded area with BBQ facilities beside the pool area to prepare a meal!
