Our house is located in a very quiet environment, in the residential neighborhood of Melipal, 3 km from the center, and 100 meters from Lake Nahuel Huapi.
From all the rooms you can enjoy a clear view of this beautiful lake and its mountains.
700 meters away, there is a small shopping mall with everything you need and 300 meters away a service station, supermarket and two breweries (Blest-Manush) so you can walk to do your shopping or have a drink.

The house is divided into two floors:
