The space
Besides just packing your bags and showing up...we thought you knowing that you could also walk/ run/ drive east 0.4mi to the beach or west 0.5mi to the sound is CRUCIAL information!

We recommended our space for easy-going families and/or extremely close friends. Ideal for 6 persons.
We have furnished our home with all of the amenities that we love to enjoy and hope that you can feel right at home!

Upper living area: 1 Bedroom with 2 twin beds, 1 bedroom with queen bed, 1 Ivation Ez-Bed Self Inflate/Deflate Air Mattress-Queen size, 1 full bath, Loft Area- 1 office desk with printer, 2 Big Joes and a 10-in-1 game table.
Kitchen: Fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, dishware, flatware, pots & pans, spices, toaster, coffee K cup machine, pizza crisper pan, storage containers, mixing bowls, measuring cups and spoons, hand blender with whisk and frother.

Guest access
You will have access to the full home with the exception of 2 closets which contain supplies for turnover and therefore will be locked.
Other things to note
The home is equipped with 3 Ring Audio & Video Cameras in outside public areas that are active.
No smoking/parties/pets are allowed on premises.
Please read our house manual before check-in! It is sent over 5 days before check-in and contains important information. Upon check-in, guests would be agreeing that they have read and will follow all house rules.
Guests should provide their own charcoal and bicycle helmets.
Propane tank may need changing out during your stay and is not guaranteed. Tank can be purchased at Walmart or Ace.
If you are bringing young children, you may want to bring a portable crib/playpen. We currently provide 3 stair gates.
Usage of bicycles, grills, hammocks, swings, jungle gyms, bodyboards, water guns are at your own risk and subject to availability.
OTHER IMPORTANT THINGS TO NOTE:
✔️ This is a beach house and no matter how much you clean, one can always seem to find some sand under their toes. Please be understating to this.
✔️ Please use the outdoor shower to wash off after returning from the beach. This will assist us with limiting the sand inside.
✔️ Many things can impact your stay in the OBX. Most of these things are out of our control (weather, rip currents, traffic, internet connection, power outage, flooding) but we will do our best to accommodate you reasonably.
✔️There is an early check-in fee of $25/hr for every hour prior to 4pm, usually no earlier than 2pm.
✔️ There is a late check-out fee of $50/hr for every hour after 11am, usually no later than 1pm.
✔️ Bugs are common in the OBX. The home is on a quarterly pest program and you should not see bugs in the home. The occasional bugs may enter the home due to entering and exiting. Should you notice a majority of bugs, please inform us immediately. Please do not leave doors open or sliding doors open without the sliding screen. (This allows for midges, flies, mosquitoes to enter)
