Lose Hill Lodge is a dog friendly, four-bedroom self-catering holiday cottage with a private hot tub in beautiful Hope, Derbyshire. There’s plenty of space with accommodation for up to eight guests – perfect for larger families and groups of friends. Pubs and cafes just a few minutes walk.

The property has an open plan kitchen, living room and dining area totaling 50sqm of sociable space. Accommodation would suit all generations and ideal for couples, groups or single / multiple families.

The space
General: The property is furnished to a high standard. Will have lots of fun things to do including a hot tub, kids fire pit for marshmallow roasting, a bbq / pizza, kids playhouse and a well fenced and secure garden. There is also complimentary WiFi so that you can access the internet or work from home.

Kitchen: Fully equipped with everything you should need. The units are brand new with granite worktops. There is an induction hob, fan oven, large fridge freezer, roasting pots, toaster, coffee pots, teapot and of course a dishwasher.

Dining area: A large designer industrial style table that seats 8 people and has views of Win Hill. The flooring is a fashionable griege herringbone design.

Living area: Plenty of luxury comfy seating, a large wall mounted TV, 5 metre long patio doors onto the garden and painted in Farrow & Ball colours. The cabinet has board games and books.

Utility room: 1 washer / dryer, hanging area for coats, shoe area and plenty of storage for your outdoor clothing

Bedroom 1: Super king size bed, wardrobe / draws and fully tiled (porcelanosa) ensuite. Fabulous views of Win Hill

Bedroom 2: Two single beds, wardrobe / draws and views onto the garden

Bedroom 3: King size bed, draws and fully tiled (porcelanosa) ensuite. Views onto the garden

Front: Walled grassed area and a drive with enough room for 5 cars

Side 1: Fenced off access ensuring security to the rear

Side 2: Fenced with a gate providing secure access into a BBQ area and seating. Just past this area is a large 6 person HSE compliant hot tub made by Jacuzzi

Garden: Fully enclosed garden with Patios, bike locking area, firepit area where kids can roast marsh mellows in the metal piggie and sit on tree trunks and a kids playhouse.
