The space
From the moment you enter, the apartment, including its renovation and expansive views of Sydney Harbour, is truly extraordinary. It's drenched in natural sunlight due to its desirable NE aspect. Inside it's very quiet and you'll never tire of the views.

The apartment is equiped with all of the amenities including air conditioning, a washer and dryer in the unit, 55" TV, high speed wifi, microwave, coffee machine and dishwasher.

The apartment is on level four which you can access from the lift. No stairs are required to enter the apartment.

Guest access
Guests will have access to the entire apartment.

There is lift access and no need to climb stairs to get into the unit.

Other things to note
There is currently a construction project adjacent to our block to the West. The views to the harbour are NE and are not obstructed in any way. It is currently expected to complete at the end of 2026. The builders are restricted to working between 7am and 3pm Monday to Friday.
