The upstairs of the house is for your sole use and separate from the downstairs. 2 large bedrooms will easily sleep up to 8 people.. There is a small kitchen living area and shower room.. Exclusively for guests.continental breakfast tea and coffee are provided.
This is a rural property and just under 2 miles from local village.. Which has shops, bars, hairdressers, equestrian centre and restaurants. We are 7 miles from Corrick House Hotel. 8 miles from omagh and 18 from Enniskillen. no parties

The space
The views from the house and bedrooms are amazing.. If you want a quiet peaceful getaway.. This is for you. If you want lots of things to see and do the Fermanagh lakes are an 18 mile drive away and belfast is just over an hour. There is a great golf course in fintona and the equestrian centre holds lots of horse riding events and is also used for a farming machinery show every year. Something for everyone. no bachelor or hen parties allowed.. no electric charging of vehicles in outside sockets. no music after 12..

The upstairs has 2 large bedrooms which will sleep 8 people comfortably.. There is also a small living room, kitchen and bathroom with shower upstairs which is exclusive to the guests. Downstairs in the main house there is washing and drying facilities. Just ask and ill arrange foryou to use washing machine and tumble drier.

Other things to note
The guest kitchen has small portable oven with 2 electric rings above a microwave kettle, toaster etc and seating area. Outside there is seats to enjoy the view have a bbq or just relax. A continental breakfast is included in the price. Tea and coffee are available at all times. Both rooms have a TV and free WiFi throughout. Outside are gardens to front side and back.there is a new pergola built at front of house great for bbq and sitting enjoying a drink while the sun sets. It's called mums place and is there to enjoy.
