Your own room in a home, plus access to shared spaces.
Our home offers two bedrooms with shared, kitchen, dining and lounge. I will be living in the house while you are here.
You will have your own private bathroom and shower.
We have ultra fast fibre broadband, a TV with Netflix in the queen room and a lovely outdoor area. This is a warm modern house.
The street is very quiet and safe with other executive homes as neighbours.
The house is only 1km to the central city were you will find cafes, restaurants and plenty of entertainment.

The space
There are two bedrooms rooms in a large 4 bedroom house.
It is very quiet and restful. The beds are comfortable and in a wing away from the owners room with your own private bathroom and separate toilet.

1 km from the centre of the city, mall, cafes, restaurants & supermarket.
Quiet upmarket neighbourhood.
Bus Close.
Warm house with lovely private outdoor space.
Tea & Coffee provided.
Kitchen available for use to cook all meals.
3 carparks up the drive.
Great if attending Massey, a conference, a wedding or if you wish to be within walking distance to the central city.

Guest access
You will have your own private bathroom and toilet that no one else will be using. You are welcome to use the kitchen, dining and lounge that only I will be using some of the time.

During your stay
I work part-time so if you require it I am available to help with tips on how to find your way around our wonderful city and the area.
I enjoy relaxing and having a chat when I am home, but also happy to give you space and privacy if you wish.
There will not be anyone else staying while you are here.
I may be able to pick you up from the airport for $20 or drop you off where needed.

Other things to note
Please respect my place and leave it how you found it.
Eating meals and drinking alcohol should take place in our living areas.

Where you’ll be

We are 2 minutes drive to the centre of the city (10 minutes walk) where there are many cafes, restaurants, entertainment, supermarket, large shopping mall (The Plaza) and many other shops.

Safe, secure, private street. Very Quiet with no traffic noise. Lovely neighbours who keep an eye out for each other.
