Fantastically cosy ground floor studio apt in the country . Self catering or traditional family style B&B..Join us for dinner or breakfast..Set on 1.4 acres of garden in our lovely village of Mt. Temple, 10km from Athlone and 1.20 hrs to Dublin.
Your own cosy apt on 1.4acres of gardens was designed and decorated by Gael. It has a wonderfully eclectic and cosy ambience that is unique to this B&B. The apt is open plan, bright and airy with one very comfortable double bed. The kitchenette is fully kitted out for self catering with a fridge, hob, an oven.
Our garden is wonderful for relaxing in and we would love you to enjoy it too. There is a also a lovely al fresco dining area with a charcoal bbq. There are swings, slide and a trampoline for the kids to enjoy as well. As there is no television , you are welcome to come watch ours.
Interaction with guests
My inspiration for our B&B harks back to the B&Bs of old....when you stayed with the family, in their home. Here you can have the best of both worlds....your own space to sleep and eat or our dining room table for meals and company !
Our house is right beside the apt, so we are close by for all your needs or any information that you might require. If you need ....some sugar or soy sauce.....whatever it is, we will endeavour to help.
If you would like to joins us for breakfast (€12.50pp) or dinner (€15pp) just let us know and we will set some extra places for whatever is in the pot.

Hi...You will have to excuse the selfie pic, but my husband is appalling at taken photos and I at best, end up like an ogre......not a good selling point !!
Anyway, my name is Gael, I'm married to Garry and we have 3 kids, 2 dogs, Zoe and Oscar, a hamster called Olivia and a guinea pig, Sarah. The kids are all into their sport and Garry & I love cooking, going to the cinema and of course, travelling. Our last trip in September was a 3 wk road trip around Albania & Montenegro..We had a fantastic time and were especially struck by the friendliness of the Albanian's in particular.
