We offer a relaxed, comfortable style of Holiday Home in the centre of Woolacombe, easy access to the beach and amazing sea views from most of the house !
The house accommodates up to 8 people, with a free car park for up to 2 cars and free fast WIFI throughout.
It’s a perfect base to enjoy the great outdoors, including amazing coastal walks, surfing or just relaxing in the sand dunes.
We want to help you and your family enjoy your STAYCATION,
including your 4 legged family member!!

The space
The house is set up so as soon as you arrive you can relax & enjoy your Staycation.
Drop those bags and head to the beach !!
After enjoying your day on the beach you can come through the front door and straight to the wet room for a hot shower and a place to store all your beach attire including wetsuits and boards. Perfect
Our next floor up is a modern, comfortable open plan kitchen , living and dining space with a touch of shabby chic . It has every creature comfort you could want including a spacious balcony, where you can sit and enjoy the spectacular views ,all 3 miles of perfect sand & ocean, all you need is to wait for the sunset .

Opposite is the TV room and kids space , a comfortable lounge with SMART TV , HD , Freeview , Netflix ( personal code required)

There is FREE fast WIFI throughout the house .

The TV room opens out onto your private back terrace with seating for up to 8 people , a great space for the morning sun and that first cuppa of the day
The back terrace leads onto our free car park . ( 2 car spaces )

The next floor up are the bedrooms sleeping a maximum of 8,
the bedrooms are stylish and comfortably furnished.
Room 1 – King (sleeps 2) with sea view
Room 2 – Single & bunk bed (sleeps 3) with sea view
Room 3 – Singles (sleeps 2-3) with courtyard view
There are 2 bathrooms on this floor and 1 bathroom on the lower floor , all have ECO SHOWERS.

The space is partially above a restaurant.
We have all the necessary COVID health & safety cleaning procedures in place throughout and in accordance with the Government guidelines for Self Catering Accommodation to make sure that all our guests and team feel safe.
