Are you ready to relax at the beach and sleep staring at the ocean? We have a studio apartment room on the 3rd floor with 2 queen beds, FREE parking for one car, Wi-Fi, private access to the beach, microwave, refrigerator, cooktop, beach chairs, coffee machine, smart TV 55''’, and a balcony with ocean view. We work with self-check-in, which is very easy and comfy for our guests.

It is a resort with pool, heated pool, bar, and it is beach front.
Other things to note
1. DAMAGE PROTECTION - Should you notice any damage/irregularities upon your arrival, it is your responsibility to contact us with-in 24 hours and report those issues. If any damage occurs during your stay, you must also report such damage before the checkout date.
2. CHECK-IN - Check-in time at the property is 4 pm. In case of check-in time after business hours, refunds or discounts will not be provided. The guest agrees to follow check-in time procedures.
3. CHECK-OUT - Check-out time is at 10:00 am. Guest agrees that if he or she fails to vacate the property by 10:30 am (30 minutes of tolerance). No refunds or discounts will be provided if checking-out before 11 pm. Late check-out must be authorized in advance.
4. PET POLICY - NO PETS ALLOWED: For the convenience of other guests and in an effort to help us provide the most sanitary accommodations available, pets are not permitted. In the event that you bring a pet, your credit card will be charged a non-refundable fee of USD$450.00 USD (Four Hundred and Fifty U.S Dollars) per pet.
5. SMOKING - This property is 100% smoke-free. Absolutely no smoking is allowed in the house. In case of smoking in the house, there will be an additional non-refundable fee of $500.00 USD (Five Hundred U.S Dollars) charged on the credit card on file.
6. TRASH/TRASH REMOVAL- You will be expected to empty full trash bins and dispose of garbage bags in appropriate compactor (varies per communities).
7. AIR CONDITIONING - The guest agrees not to set the temperature lower than 70 F or above 80 F degrees. When the AC is being used, we request that all windows and doors be closed in order to reduce humidity and to save energy.
8.SECURITY-/ EMERGENCY. In case of life-threatening situations please call 911. The guest is aware that we have an emergency email to contact us after business hours. For your safety, please make sure to keep all windows and doors closed and locked all the time. The landlord and Property Manager are not responsible for damages, lost or stolen personal or property items. It is the guest's responsibility to properly secure the house when leaving the property. Do not give access to any unauthorized person to the house.
9. EXTRA GUESTS: The guest is aware of the limited number of guests allowed in the property during the rented period. In the case of additional guests, a daily fee of USD$50.00 (Fifty U.S. Dollars) plus taxes per person will be charged. The guest must inform us about the total of guests numbers staying on the property.
10. PARTIES: Absolutely any kind of party is NOT ALLOWED inside the property. There will be an additional non-refundable fee of $500.00 USD (Five Hundred U.S Dollars) charged on the credit card on file.
11. INTERNET: Complimentary Wi-Fi internet service is available at all properties. The service is not under our and if any service interruptions or slowdown may occur, we cannot be held responsible.
12. SANITARY SYSTEM: The waste pipes in the United States are considerably smaller than those you may be used to in Europe. FLUSH ONLY TOILET TISSUE! Please do not flush any Personal Hygiene Products, Baby Wipes, Diapers, Nappies, Kleenex Tissues, Plastics, Paper Wrappers, etc. Anything other than toilet tissue can block the pipes and these blocks can very easily cause toilets to overflow. In the event that the toilet does overflow, there is a stop valve behind and below the toilet. Please turn the water off and keep it off until the block is released.
13. FURNITURE: If, during your stay, you find it necessary to reposition furniture the apartment then please do so with extreme care and reinstate everything to its original location before your departure. Any damage resulting from the moving of furniture will be charged to you. If we have to move the furniture back after your departure, we will charge the cost to you as it entails sending staff specifically to the property to undertake this task.
14. LOST & FOUND: We will not be held responsible for any items left at the property or resort from the guest.
15.EXTRA CLEANING FEE: If the room is left out extremely dirty there will be an extra charge of 100$ which totals two cleaning fees.
