My home is 7.2 miles to the FLL Airport, 1.3 miles to I-95 and 4.5 miles to the Ocean.
Please note that this home is in a very quiet residential neighborhood and is not the place for parties or any outside noise past 10:00pm.

A little over 7 miles to the airport and a little over 4 to the Ocean sits this Beautiful Home with a Large Pool on a Private, Oversized Lot with Lush, Mature Tropical Trees. This Vintage home is Perfect for Indoor and QUIET Outdoor Entertaining. Please, No Smoking in the house or around the entry doors - Thank You.

Our remodeled kitchen has newer appliances and granite counter tops. The electric glass-top range has a convection oven and the kitchen is stocked with everything that you would need for your stay.

In addition to flatware for 12, you'll have 3 different sets of dinnerware, plates and bowls. Also in the kitchen are Wüsthof Knives, a Black & Decker Coffee Maker, Wide-Slot Toaster, 20 coffee cups, tupperware, and plastic cups, bowls, and plates for children. In the base cabinets you'll find pots, pans, mixing bowls, pyrex, a cookie sheet and all the the tools you might need to cook up a feast. We even have place-mats to protect the tables.

Opposite the refrigerator you will find a cabinet full of glassware for inside use and plasticware for outside use. Please do not bring glass outside and PLEASE No Coffee Cups Near The Pool. Should they break and get into the pool - we'd have to drain the pool. THANK YOU.

The house has polished Travertine floors, and new carpet in the bedrooms.

Remote-controlled ceiling fans are in all 3 bedrooms and the TV room. There is one more fan outside - under the framed awning.

Quality towels and bed linens are also supplied. The are in the Linen Closet that is in the Dressing Room with extra pillows, blankets and pool towels.

Please Do Not Use The White Towels Outside. Thank you.

We had a new Air Conditioner put in a year ago. With it, a pump that removes condensation was installed. As it's working, the pump makes a whinny sound that turns on and off - independent of the air conditioner.

The master suite has a King Size bed, 2 bed-side night stands, a large floor mirror, 2 side chairs, and a small magazine table under a modern floor lamp. On top of the 7- drawer dresser sits a 48" flat screen TV.

The master suite has an additional room that buffers the master bedroom from the rest of the house that we call the Dressing Room. This room has a large walk-in closet (our Linen Closet too), a TINY en-suite bathroom and an additional space where we put a small desk and lighted mirror.

The second bedroom is in the corner of the house. It has a Queen Size bed with 2 night stands, a clock and a table lamp. This room has a nice sized closet behind sliding doors.

The 3rd bedroom is the smallest. It doesn't have a closet. It is furnished only with a Full Size platform bed that has storage drawers underneath and a memory foam and gel mattress on top. If needed, most guests will share the big dressing room and it's large walk-in closet with the occupants of the small bedroom.

The other bed is a Queen-Size sleeper sofa.

The Dining Room has 2 tables that can fit 6 chairs each. The tables can be put together creating a roomy table for 8.

The Dining Room leads you to the covered patio next to the pool.

6 lounge chairs rest by the pool. The pool is not heated. The finish shows some wear and tear and has small stains from a large black olive tree (that is no longer there)- but it doesn't effect the pool at all. It is professionally cleaned once a week.

ON THE MASTER BEDROOM SIDE,
Please keep off when not in use.

Also outside, under a canvas roof - with a remote-controlled outdoor ceiling fan and overhead lights, you'll find a solid-wood dinner table that seats 8.

There is also a table in the sun that seats 4 and another smaller table next to the pool that has an umbrella and old plastic chairs.

We put a new grill in the back this past summer. The faux-finish on the outdoor patio floor is starting to separate from it's cement slab. It's only a cosmetic issue that we want disclose for accuracy.

Back inside, Just past the dining room is the Queen-Sized Sleeper Sofa. Pass the dinette table and Step Down into The Living Room/Television Room - CAREFUL - there is about a 2 and 1/2 inch step down. This room has a large, 11 x 16 foot, Sectional Sofa that features four Electric Recliners.

The 2 outer recliners in the TV room are electrically controlled by the little switches located on the ends of the sofa. The controls for the 2 inner recliners are a lever found on the right side (reach in) between the cushions.

This sectional sits in front of a 60" Flat-Screen TV that is corner mounted on the wall.

There is another STEP DOWN to a large Laundry Room with stacked washer and dryer. The Laundry Room has its own Sink. Please, we can't say it enough - Mind the Steps/Uneven Floor.

The front of the house features a Large Circular Driveway that will easily fit 4 cars. The Limit IS 4 Cars. Anymore than that, you will need to let me know - so I can let the neighbors know. Any more than 4 cars, without consent, WILL generate a complaint.

The property has LED up-lights under trees in the front and back yards. The lights automatically turn on at dusk and off at dawn. Sometimes, when wet - rain etc., the GFI switch on the outlet gets tripped and needs to be re-set. If the lights do not come on, and you're not comfortable with re-setting the GFI outlet, please let me know and I'll come by and do it.

There is an iguana that sometimes visits our trees.
He really likes the pool too and sometimes leaves droppings near it.

Nearby Beach - The Hilton Beach Resort is almost 5 miles away. There is parking all along that area. My favorite spot is just under 6 miles away. It's the beach just across the street from The Ritz-Carlton, Fort Lauderdale. Nice Beach with Shops and Restaurants right across the street. Parking there is still $5.00.

A little further down from the Ritz Carlton, there is a $1.75 per hour public parking - Across from the boats -just a little south of East Las Olas Blvd off of Hwy A1A/Seabreeze Blvd. It's called Oceanside Municipal Parking Lot. If you put 310 Seabreeze Blvd, Fort Lauderdale into your GPS, it'll take you right past it.

Other things to note

Our Home Is Not for Parties, family get- togethers or anything more than 8 quiet, respectful guests. No Guests, other than those set forth in the reservation, are allowed on the property. This is a residential neighborhood that turns very quiet at 10:00. The neighbors Will Not tolerate any music or loud noises past 10:00 PM.

PLEASE BE CAREFUL - The Living Room/TV Room is Sunken. There is a step down about 2 1/2 inches from the Kitchen/Dinette area. There is another step down in the Laundry Room. Please mind the Floor-Level Changes in the Laundry Room Floor.

It will stain the marble floors.

-Do Not Set the A/C lower than 70°.

-If you use the Grill, please make sure the Gas is turned to OFF and THE GRILL IS CLEANED after each use. A grill left dirty will incur an additional $35 cleaning fee.

-Do not leave any food out.

-Please LEAVE the Bed Linens ON THE BED.

-Place used towels in the laundry room.

-If you do laundry, Please Wash the White Towels Separately.

-Please, No dirty clothes in the dryer.

-The actions of all guests are the sole responsibility of the reserving Guest.

Smoking Policy
Smoking is done outside ONLY.
Please, No Smoking anywhere inside the house or near any entry door. A special cleaning fee of $250 will be applied to your credit card if you or any of your guests smoke or burn any substance within the interior. Please, no candles and no incense, thank you.

Damages Policy
We try hard to keep the house in pristine condition. The reserving Guest is responsible for any breakage, missing items, damage to the building or furnishings including spills, burns, stains etc. Please report breakage and/or damage ASAP. The quicker the damage is reported, the sooner we can fix it.

Pet Policy
No pets please. We are not set up to deal with even the most well behaved animals. Should you bring a pet in, there would be a $250 special cleaning fee plus any damages. Service animals are welcome but subject to $250 cleaning fee.

The home is privately owned and the owners are not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illnesses that occur while on the premises. The Homeowners are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of any Guest.

By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests, and those whom they invite to use the premises, are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from the use of the premises and the owners or managers of the property cannot be held liable.

Beautiful property. Accommodating host. I have only great things to say about Michael and his property. The home was comfortable and inviting. Michael checked with us our first morning to make sure we had everything we needed. Simple check in and check out process. Our family is looking forward to our next trip to Fort Lauderdale, and we wouldn't hesitate to book Michael's home again.

The house is just as depicted in the photos. It was clean, modern and spacious inside and has all the offerings of home. Plenty of dinnerware in the cupboards, pots and pans, and towels. The backyard was our favorite thing about the house because of the very private yard. We were able to relax and enjoy the pool. The neighborhood is quiet and located in a great location, not too far from Miami.

The location and home were perfect for our needs. Michael was very helpful. Would stay there again.

Michael's place was as shown in the pictures and I would say that the backyard and the pool are even better than the pictures. We had such an excellent time and Michael supplied us with kids toys and even a pack and play for our baby. Michael was very quick to answer all of our questions. A big recommendation from us.
