A light filled, sunny, ground floor apartment, with a spacious garden, just a stone's throw from Southbourne beach. The apartment sleeps 6 in total in three bedrooms, has its own private entrance and is ideal for a family beach getaway, cycling enthusiasts or dog walkers.

The space
We're relatively new to Southbourne and love the location in this friendly neighbourhood, so close to the beach and Southbourne's vibrant high street. This three bedroom, ground floor garden apartment, is light filled and inviting, in an ideal location for a family beach break.

Two of the bedrooms have king size beds, with new Eve hybrid mattresses, and the third room is laid out as two singles, but these can also be linked to make a third king bed. The family sized bathroom has a bath with shower over head, and the kitchen has a dining table seating six. Both the kitchen and living room have sliding or patio doors leading to the large, sunny, west facing private garden, and the garden is laid out with sun loungers, a garden table and chairs.

The driveway is shared and there is parking for one car in front of the right hand garage, with further free parking on the road outside.

We're happy to accommodate a well behaved dog (on a case by case basis), but politely ask that they are kept in the communal areas and are not permitted in the carpeted bedrooms or on the sofa as Peter is asthmatic.

Just across the road, as you head towards the clifftop, is a lovely children's playground, sandpit, crazy golf and excellent cafe Riva. In the opposite direction, The Grove, Southbourne comprises an appealing array of vibrant independent shops, a microbrewery and inviting places to eat or takeaway, as well as familiar high street express supermarkets & chemists. Fisherman's Walk provides a leafy link direct from The Grove to Southbourne clifftop - approx 12 mins on foot.
