The amount shown in the listing is up to 5 guests.
The maximum capacity of the apartment is for 6 guests regardless of age, including children and infants.
Above 5 guests are charged per night for each extra guest (the total amount appears for you when you select the right number of guests).
Following are opening hours of the Leisure area:
Pool: Opening hours: 10:00 am to 9:00 pm, except Tuesdays (closed for maintenance - if it is a holiday, maintenance is for the next business day)
Game Hall: Opening hours: 10:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m., Sunday-Sunday.
We accept up to 2 small/medium pets, if the dogs are barking alone in the apartment, NÃAAAO will be able to leave them alone, will have to take with you on the tours. We kindly ask you not to let them climb on the couch and the beds. When using the elevator, you must be with the pet NO LAP (or use the stairs) please always use the COLLAR when transiting with it in the condominium.
Note: We do not accept cats in the apartment.
Regarding parking spaces, we provide a covered parking space for the car, and can add an extra car for R$30 per day (uncovered space), to be charged at the entrance (they do not accept cash, only cards)
In the condominium we have at the disposal of 50 extra high turnover spaces, but it works DUE TO the ARRIVAL.
Please note: Passenger vehicles are only allowed in the Condominium - No Entry of Trucks, Jetski, Vans, Motorhome, Carretinhas (any type of trailer)

Condomínio Passaredo has a 24-hour condominium, being able to check in and check out at any time (respecting pre-determined check-in and check-out times in the reservation). We kindly ask if your arrival or departure is to happen in the interval between 22:00 and 08:00 that have "special attention" in relation to excessive noises, such as when dragging the bags, conversations aloud, when dragging furniture and etc., because at that time our neighbors are already asleep and we need to respect the quiet time, which is contained in the internal rules of the Condominium, non-compliance with this rule implies an immediate fine to the apartment.

Because of the constant problems I have had regarding not respecting the departure time, I am leaving here is a message informing that the maximum time of departure of the apartment is at 12:00 pm (HALF DAY).

Guests must respect the quiet hours as well as all the rules of the Condominium's bylaws.
It is not allowed to receive visits during the lodging
You can't take any alcoholic drinks and meals at the pool
NO SMOKING IN THE APARTMENT.
FORBIDDEN HANGING the TOWELS ON the BALCONY OF the APARTMENT, use the wallpaper and the floor clothesline that you have in the apartment.
FORBIDDEN TO THROW WATER IN THE BARBECUE TO AVOID CRACKING.
RESPECT the QUIET TIME and AVOID NOISES AFTER 10PM
If possible, please leave the apartment in an organized manner, dishes washed and garbage in the building's trash
We emphasize that it is a RESIDENTIAL condominium!
If the owner receives notification from the condominium, the host will have to withdraw from the condominium at the same time regardless of the rental period.
If there is any application of a fine for breach of rules, the responsible host will have to pay the expenses.
