Situated high at the peak of Minnie Water headland, with commanding panoramic views of the Pacific Ocean from your front deck, ‘Waratah @ Minnie’ is a simple and elegant beach house reflective of a coastal holiday. It includes a master bedroom with ocean views, living and dining area, bathroom, kitchen, internal laundry, and a fabulous entertaining deck. It is a beach house to turn off your tech, grab a drink, breathe in the air, soak up the views and go back to the simple life! LINEN INCLUDED!

The space
'Waratah @ Minnie' is a large fenced corner block with panoramic views over the Pacific Ocean. It has on site parking, is a 3 minute walk to the beach, and continual ocean breeze. Children can ride safely throughout the village and the general store is a 10 minute walk away for your morning coffee, fresh bread, home cooked goodies and the daily newspaper. We have installed a hot and cold outdoor shower so feel free to utilise this after your numerous swims and walks! Enjoy the view of the sunrise and ever changing ocean from the large undercover, all weather alfresco dining deck or simpley laze on the king single daybed and catch up on well earned rest in the ocean breeze..

Other things to note
No need to hire or pack all the linen! It's all freshly washed, sanitized and supplied! We, the owners, clean, wash the linen, mow and do all maintenance ourselves so we know you are getting an immaculate house for your holiday..
