Bright and modern summer house in the older part of Bovallstrand. Short walk to shops, restaurants and the unique swimming islands that are suitable for all ages with sandy beach, swimming ladders and diving towers.
Large terrace with room for all guests around the table. Fantastic views from the balcony where the Väderöarna are visible on the horizon.

The house was built in the late 1940s and renovated several times. On the middle floor there is a kitchen, living room and dining room. The kitchen has direct access to the large terrace with afternoon and evening sun. Upstairs are the three bedrooms, toilet, furnished hall and balcony with fantastic sea views all the way to the Väderöarna. In the basement there is a shower, toilet, washing machine and sauna.
The property does not have private parking but free parking can be found within a short walking distance.

ICA shop,two restaurants, pizzeria and fish shop.Bovallstrand is known for the ancient badholmarna which is within easy walking distance of the house. In the village there are also two tennis courts and golf course is ten minutes drive away.A short walk from the house there is access to jogging round and hiking trails in the forest.
