Imagine falling asleep to the sound of crickets, vines just outside the window, the lake somewhere in the distance catching the last of the light.
This is our Vineyard Studio — a quiet, comfortable retreat for couples who want to be genuinely unwind. A studio nestled in a working biodynamic vineyard on the edge of Lake Skadar at Jablan Winery, Demeter-certified biodynamic producer. The studio is located right in a vineyard.
The space
Small and just right. Everything you actually need, nothing you don't. A comfortable futon bed (140 cm), a private bathroom, and a spacious outdoor terrace that becomes your main living room the moment you arrive. The outdoor kitchen is fully equipped for easy summer meals. An outdoor shower for rinsing off after lake swims. WiFi is open. Surrounded by garden, meadows, and our vineyards on all sides.The terrace is where life happens here. Morning coffee with vineyard views. Long lunches that drift into afternoon.

This place is for people who want to discover a country and its traditions off the beaten path. The village has no shops, which is exactly the point. Stock up in Podgorica (20 min) or Rijeka Crnojevića (15 min) before you arrive. For evenings out, the fishing villages of Karuč (10 min) and Rijeka Crnojevića have excellent fish restaurants right on the water.
Getting Around
Two mountain bikes are available free of charge. Additional bikes can be arranged on request. For the hills, and there are hills, we offer e-bike rental at €25 per day, the most enjoyable way to explore the National Park at your own pace.
Prefer to walk? A trail to Karuč village starts right from the property. 5 km, about 1 hour 45 minutes, beautiful the whole way.
There is plenty more to explore. We are happy to share recommendations and help you plan anything from hiking and cycling to mountain biking, horse riding, local cooking experiences, and wine tasting. Just let us know what sounds good.
The Wine
The vines you fall asleep next to are the same ones that produce our wine. We farm biodynamically: no chemicals, no irrigation, no shortcuts. We follow the lunar calendar. We ferment in Qvevri, ancient clay vessels. No filtration, no fining, no added yeasts.
If you like to taste our Demeter-certified Red, let us know before arrival and we will have a bottle waiting on your terrace. Price per bottle EUR 25,00
