Casa delle Rose is a very bright apartment, a real rarity here in Venice given the very narrow streets. Terraces are also very difficult to find.

You'll have the entire place to yourself. There are no areas to share with others.

TO BE PAID UPON ARRIVAL:
- The cleaning, laundry and departure kit fees are not included in the price (€75) and must be paid upon arrival. --If the booking is for 2, by default you will be assigned only the double bedroom and the single will be closed. You can request both rooms for a €15 surcharge. If you booked for 3 people you do NOT have to pay an additional €15.
- The tourist tax is not included in the price and must be paid in cash at check-in. This tax is €4 per night per person up to a maximum of 5 nights, €2 per night per child (10 to 16 years old) while children under 10 years old are exempt from this tax.
- Stamp duty is €2
-Regular check-in time is from 2:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. (ask if you need early check-in, we try to be flexible). After 8:00 p.m. check-in is still possible but with an additional cost. From 8:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. there is an extra cost of €35, while from 10:00 p.m. to 12:00 a.m. the extra fee applied is € 65. After midnight, it is €120.
-There is the possibility of adding a crib for children from 0 to 3 years. Children 0-2 years old are entitled to a reduced rate for additional guests (after the second). Children will only pay €10 per night. The amount will be requested upon arrival. The apartment will be equipped with a crib prepared with linens, a small pillow with its pillowcase and a small blanket. You'll also be given an additional large towel.

From the Train Station (Venezia Santa Lucia) and the Bus Stop in Piazzale Roma, you can easily walk to the apartment (it takes 10/15 minutes). Alternatively, you can take vaporetto line 1 from the train station (or Piazzale Roma) to the San Marcuola stop.

From Marco Polo Airport, you can take the Alilaguna Orange line (42 min, €15) to the Guglie stop (3 min walk) or take the Aerobus to Piazzale Roma (20 min, €10) and then walk to the apartment (15 min).
