Welcome to our bright, spacious, and recently renovated top floor flat located in the heart of Gourock with stunning views over the Clyde coast .

Situated a few minutes’ walk from a myriad of transport links, bars, cafes, restaurants, and shops. For your comfort, we provide quality mattresses, high-speed fibre broadband, Tassimo coffee machine, Arran Aromatic toiletries, LG HD TV with Sky, Netflix, Disney+ etc, modern furnishings and laundry facilities.

The space
The flat is a newly renovated, self contained apartment with a private entrance. You will have exclusive access to the entire flat which consists of two bedrooms, a large lounge/ diner, kitchen and a bathroom, all leading from the main hallway.

The living area features a large bay window with additional seating to enjoy the spectacular views of the Clyde coast and mountains of the south west highlands. Also included is a large extendable dining table and a comfortable ‘L’ shaped sofabed which converts into a double bed with additional bedding supplied. The lounge features a large TV with Sky channels, DVD player and access to video streaming services. There is also a varied collection of DVDs, books and board games available for your entertainment. Free WiFi has been provided for guest use along with the Bluetooth and Echo dot speakers.

The newly fitted kitchen area includes a gas hob, oven, microwave, toaster, kettle, coffee pod machine, fridge freezer and washer dryer. The kitchen is well equipped with everything required to cook a lovely meal however if you don’t feel like cooking, there are a variety of quality takeaways and restaurants.

Bedroom One includes a king size bed with lovely views of St Johns and the River Clyde estuary as well as ample storage.

Bedroom two includes a double bed with a built-in wardrobe and additional drawer storage.

Our bathroom is equipped with a new walk-in shower and modern fittings. We supply all towels and a small selection of toiletries, sourced from the nearby Isle of Arran – well worth a visit if you have time!

Large windows allow natural light to flow through the apartment however the black-out roller blinds ensure a pleasant night’s sleep and hopefully a lie-in too.
Central heating keeps the apartment cosy and can be controlled using the Hive thermostat. There is also a shared drying green is available at the rear of the property if required.
