We had a great four day stay in June and would highly recommend this property. Mount Pleasant is a nice residential district and the house has easy access to a wide variety of local shops and restaurants. Marsh provided a very useful folder containing such local information. The house is spacious and as described, although the photos really don't do it justice. The living room is particularly impressive with a lovely high ceiling that helps keep the room cool. My wife and daughter said that the three piece suite was so comfortable they wanted to take it home with us! The back garden is larger than it appears, as is the pool. It is great for sitting out, and also benefits from a large shaded porch. The kitchen is well equipped and the whole property was very clean. Marsh was a very prompt and clear communicator. I highly recommend it and would certainly try to stay again if we return to the area.

Wonderful property, very well finished and every amenity you could want. Location was perfect, within walking distance of Shem Creek and all the bars and restaurants there and of course right in the middle of Old Mt Pleasant which is so beautiful. Great option for anybody who wants to be close to both Downtown Charleston as well as the beaches. The owner was great too - very helpful and just a nice guy.

Marsh's place is exactly as described and the perfect home away from home. It is halfway between downtown Charleston and the beach which is very handy and perfectly located within Mt Pleasant, walking distance to a number of bars and restaurants. The swimming pool was fantastic and well looked after. Would highly recommend!

Marsh's place was great. I went with college friends and we really enjoyed the space. The large living area was perfect and the small pool in the back was great in the afternoons. It was a short cab ride to the beach and to downtown. We walked to a great coffee/breakfast place each morning and took beautiful runs through the neighborhood. Would definitely recommend.

This house is located 15 min from downtown Charleston in a lovely walkable neighbourhood. Easily fits 7 adults, all the amenities, very clean. As billed, and an excellent value.
